CONTINUING EDUCATION Every individual licensed as a Broker, Broker-Salesperson or Salesperson MUST complete the following Continuing Education (CE) Requirements by June 30,2019* in order to renew their license for the cycle beginning on July 1, 2019. Brokers, broker-salespersons and salespersons who do not complete their CE requirements by April 30, 2019 will be charged an additional $200 processing fee by the Real Estate Commission on top of the license renewal charge, if any CE credits are REPORTED between May 1, 2019* and June 30, 2019*. 12 HOURS OF CONTINUING EDUCATION "6 HOURS" MUST BE OBTAINED IN COURSES WITH IN THE "CORE TOPICS" AND INCLUDE AT LEAST "2 HOURS OF ETHICS" THE REMAINING "6 HOURS" CAN BE "CORE TOPICS" AND/OR "ELECTIVE TOPICS"
